Suzi has ordered DCC ribbons, and extra which may cover next year’s show season. Ribbon prices are being increased.

Club members please be on grounds at 6:00 to help set up for 7:30 judging. Helping at the shows will add to your work hours for year-end and for 4 hours of work, you will be refunded $25 from your year-end sponsorships.

Our DCC Judge prefers a room closer to show grounds. Liz Swaffield to call Apple Valley Lodge or Inn on Hwy 18 & make reservation

Becky Jacobs has volunteered to steward.
Sherri MacGuire is announcing the DCC.

Gate person: $100 being paid by Club. MSC Laura Fowler/Kathy Brown … Kaitlyn texted Tony Lucas and confirmed that he will work the gate. Will Sherry Regner pick up Bernice?

Suzi has ordered ribbons; no Moola is given at the DCC. Sherry Krig is donating a buckle for the 40 & Over/Non-Pro Class. Over 50 awards are being offered at the DCC this year!

Easy up at snack shack (Costco) … ask Scott LaMere to pick up if reasonable price.
Kay and Rick Green and family are once again volunteering and for the DCC will do breakfast burittos; Laura is donating fresh eggs. We'll have Fajitas again because they were so delicious! Laura is providing rice and sun tea; Fritos
Red vines, brownies, blow pops, possibly snow cones will also be available.
Hot dogs & buns (Lisa)
Sherry Krig is making chili and she will also check supplies for bowls, boats, etc.

Raffle:
