Loose Ends Pre-DCC

If you have any questions about the Desert Color Classic and our Open Show, please call Liz at 948-1315, especially if you have volunteered to help out and forgot what it was you were going to do! ;-)

There's an entry fee break for pre-entries, which are due tomorrow. If you want to take advantage - call Liz and she'll take your entry. It saves time in the office, and saves a little on the entries. We do not need payment until the day of the show.

Anyone helping in the morning - especially in the office, raffle, or food, show set up is at 6:00. Entries open at 6:30 and the show begins at 7:30.

Finally, some members will be at Horsemen's Center on Saturday night to clean the office, announcer's booth and snack shack area. I'm not sure of the time yet, but will post it tomorrow if you'd like to help that night instead. Remember, you can work some hours off your sponsorship, which is due at the DCC.
